What is the Thicken mode?
Thicken mode creates silky textures and the perfect consistency for a variety of sauces and creams. Use it to thicken sauces like vanilla pudding, béchamel, and others that require eggs, egg yolks, flour, or cornflour. You can also warm milk, cream, or baby food without the risk of burning.

How does it work?
Select different temperatures based on your thickening agent—80°C for egg-based sauces or 100°C for flour and cornflour.

Ideal for:
-
Experimenters who enjoy precision while trying new recipes.
-
Bakers looking to create their own fillings for cakes and pastries.
-
Busy cooks aiming to save time and avoid standing over a saucepan stirring.
