What is the Sous Vide mode?
Sous-vide is a precise, gentle cooking method where food is placed in a water bath, protected by a food-safe, airtight bag, and cooked at controlled temperatures below 85°C.

How does it work?
There are two ways to use this mode:
-
Using the simmering basket: Place bags in the basket, ensuring there's space between them for water circulation.
-
Using the Blade Cover & Peeler.

Ideal for:
-
Home chefs aiming to create culinary masterpieces in the comfort of their own kitchen.
-
Organized planners who enjoy batch cooking soups and sauces in advance.
-
Adventurous cooks eager to experiment with different cooking methods.
