What is a Thermomix demonstration?A Thermomix demonstration is an interactive session where you can see the Thermomix in action. We’ll show you how it works, highlight its key features, and demonstrate how it simplifies cooking. You’ll also have the chance to ask questions and explore how it fits into your lifestyle.

Is the demonstration free?Yes! The online demonstration is completely free with no obligation to purchase. It’s an opportunity for you to explore the benefits of Thermomix and decide if it’s the right tool for your kitchen. If you already have a Thermomix and would like a welcome visit we would appreciate if you could bring some friends too.

How long does the demo last?An online demo lasts approximately 45 minutes. In person 90 minutes to 2 hours. It’s designed to be quick and focused, giving you a comprehensive overview of Thermomix while fitting easily into your schedule.

What do I need for the online demo?All you need is a device with an internet connection. We would recommend a computer or laptop so you seen all screens, we use multiple screens to give you the best viewing experience. A tablet, or smartphone are not ideal but would also work, a quiet space to watch and interact. You can also have a notepad handy if you’d like to jot down tips and ideas!

Can I invite others to join the demo?Absolutely! You’re welcome to share the experience with family or friends. Let us know when booking if you’ll have guests joining so we can make the session even more engaging. We would recommend bringing your household of others that will be involved in the decision making.

What will I learn during the demonstration?You’ll learn about: Thermomix’s features and how it simplifies cooking. Practical tips for creating fast, healthy, and economical meals. Do I need to have any ingredients or a Thermomix for the demo?For an online pre purchase demonstration you don’t need any ingredients or a Thermomix to participate. The demo is a showcase where you can sit back and enjoy as we prepare recipes and answer your questions. For a post purchase demonstration we would recommend we cook together the menu can be tailored upon your booking. For an in person demonstration we request due to health and safety you provide the ingredients, the menu can be discussed prior and a ingredient list will be sent to you.

How do I book a demonstration?Simply fill out the form on the book a demo page with your details and preferred time. Once submitted, we’ll contact you to confirm the booking and provide additional information about the session.

What if I need to reschedule?Life happens! If you need to reschedule, just let us know as soon as possible, and we’ll arrange a new time that works for you. To avoid food wastage we request you let us know with as much notice as possible.
